Support drafting and submitting district, state, or OCR complaints.

Non-Attorney Advocacy Support – $150/hour

Advanced support for complex cases involving behavior, placement, or compliance.

Understanding Procedural Safeguards – $200

This service includes:

A review of your district’s Procedural Safeguards
A parent-friendly explanation of your rights
Clarification of how protections apply to your child
A simplified written breakdown tailored to your situation
Guidance on using your rights during disputes

Discipline Advocacy & Support – $50 per 30 minutes
